The aim of the project is to provide better living standard in friendly and family environment for disabled children and youngsters. It will be located in Charity’s Zvannieki Alternative Family Home property in Vaive village, Cesu district.
“Half way home” will provide all the necessary practical skills that are needed to start independent life for 7 disabled children and youngsters who are living in Zvannieki Alternative Family Home now. It is expected that  they will gain skills necessary for living and learning together with mentor.

1	Administration of project	All the progress and final reports on project implementation  and payments made will be submitted according to the contract.
2	House renovation	Renovation will be completed in 3 living rooms.
3	Creating the yard	“Yard” and foot pathway activities will be completed.
4	Closing event	Closing event will be organised for 30 participants: members and friends of Zvannieki Alternative Family Home.
5	Open door event	There will be an opportunity for local authorities and other interested people to visit Half way home.
6	Publicity	There will be 3 different publicity events.
